Leap Dynamics has been founder-led since 2013. The executive team sets the direction of the airline: the network it flies, the fleet it operates, the tools every flight is dispatched with, and the standard every flight is flown to.

On the roster since 2015 and an administrator of the crew area, he runs the day-to-day operation.

Leap has had one owner and one direction since the day it opened. Decisions about the network, the fleet and the rules of the operation are made by people who fly it.
Built in house
The website, the freight board, the ACARS server and the acarsy client are written by the airline's own leadership, not licensed from a vendor.
Open to every pilot
No approval is needed to join the roster. Any pilot, on any simulator, can take a flight off the board and operate it.
